Aries Adventure – Komodo & Rinjani Tours

Welcome to Aries Adventure! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including booking tours to Komodo and Mount Rinjani through our website https://aristrekking.com. By booking or participating in any of our tours, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be made via our website, email, or authorized partners.

Your booking is confirmed once we receive a deposit or full payment (as specified).

You will receive a confirmation email with tour details after the booking is accepted.
2. Payments

A deposit is required to secure your booking.

Full payment must be made on the tour date.

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or payment platforms as specified. with 3% extra charge
3. Cancellations & Refunds
By You (the Customer):

Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

Refund policy:

More than 30 days before departure: 80% refund

15–30 days before departure: 50% refund

Less than 15 days: No refund

By Aries Adventure:

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unsafe weather, natural disasters, low participation, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If we cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. minus -20% of the total deposit for admin fee
4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

Trip cancellations

Accidents or medical emergencies

Lost luggage
-
Adventure activities (e.g., trekking, diving, snorkeling)

5. Health & Fitness

Tours such as Rinjani trekking and Komodo boat trips require a reasonable level of fitness.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit and in good health to participate in the selected tour.

We reserve the right to refuse participation if a guest poses a risk to themselves or others.
6. Risks & Liability

Participation in our tours involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: rough seas, wild animals, physical exertion, and remote locations.

By booking with us, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own risk.

Injuries, illness, or death

Loss or damage to personal property

Delays or changes caused by weather, strikes, force majeure, or government actions

We will always aim to provide a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.
8. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:

Follow instructions from guides

Respect local culture, wildlife, and the environment

Not engage in behavior that endangers the group or the local community
We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately, without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, photos, videos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Aries Adventure and may not be copied or used without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with local jurisdiction.
